Why Dynamic DOM being forced and static needs to be purchased?

I am trying to understand what was the logic behind forcing dynamic DOM when many users certainly do not like it, it's not reliable when market is moving fast, 'HOLD' button of no use when moving fast. Static dom appears be available but needs to paid for?

help me understand.

We are not forcing the Dynamic SuperDOM upon anyone. If you want the Static SuperDOM you can send an email to platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com requesting it. There is a fee from Trading Technologies to use the Static SuperDOM live. The Dynamic SuperDOM is a free solution created for users.
