NT Futures fees

Hello,

I am interested in trading futures (mostly S&P emini) with Ninja Trader.
I am a little bit confused about the fees I have to pay in order to trade Futures with Ninja Trader.

It would be nice if someone could answer the following questions:
-How much do I have to pay to open and close a position on one S&P contract?
-What is free direct platform edition? Is it Ninja Trader or some kind of online platform?
I would like to use Ninja Trader platform to trade futures but I don't need to buy it.

-What is All in rates compared to individual rates? Do I have to pay the fee each time i open/close a contract or is it just on opening.

Basically if someone can tell me how much it would cost me to open and close a contract without leasing/buying Ninja Trader it would be very nice.
