chart trading not working for nikkei 225 mini

Hi,

I using a simulated interactive brokers account thru a paid ninja trader 7.
I am using the nikkei 225 mini future contract
When I click the sell market button, there is not a position line of that order on the chart
When I click the buy market button, there is no line that tells me my position of that order on the chart.

If I make a buy stop order on the chart and then after drag it below the price the buy order does buy a contract but the line of the position of the buy stop disappears.

If I have an order on that i cannot see I can still make a bracket order to buy and sell at either the protective stop or profit taking limit order and I can see these two orders. If one them gets touched they both disappear as they should

however, the initial buy or sell order disappears. how can I have this initial order remain on the chart so I can see where my entry price is until the order is closed?

I do not have this problem when I trade the kospi 200 future contract
