when i click on the "positions" tab on the NT platform, which is in between the "executions" and "Accounts" tabs, is the amount shown under the "quantity" (Qty) heading, the actual total position open in my account at my broker in real-time? i mean does the NT platform call this amount from the brokers API in real-time ? or does the Qty value just reflect the total orders that has been submitted and not necessarily filled at the broker?
i have read the help sections and could not find the answer, and need to know 100% before i commit real money.
