Not Receiving a License Key

Good day

On the main page for the demo, I entered my email address, downloaded the demo and installed the demo.

I tried to start NTer but asks for license key, which Im suppose to get in an email, which I havent gotten. I have done this twice now and still no email after almost an hour. To add the program gave me some kinda of license key but that one doesnt seem to work

I get the "Your license key could not be verified.........." message.

If this code is legit, I have seen that it could revolve around my firewall settings. Im not sure I have adjusted anything to do with my firewall. But if it is my firewall I have no idea how to change these things. Some help on that would be nice.

It is the weekend, I don't know their hours, or if they staff at all on the weekend.

ah so the system doesnt send out license keys on the weekend ?

Thats what I figured, i guess I will have to wait, kinda stupid considering Im trading during the week and dont want to use my energy on learning how to use a new system

21st century you would think they would have this setup automatically.

You may have inadequately copied whatever key that you got. Every Sim key that I have ever seen starts with an "@" character and has 39 characters, including the dashes, or 32 excluding them. I see that you are missing a "@" and the key is the wrong length. Are you sure that you have copied the key correctly?

Hey sorry I didnt include the @ sign. here are the screen shots.

Just one point to add, Ninja trader has not sent me any key or username/passowrd in an email.

This key was somehow provided when I went to start Ninja for the first time.

Not sure where the key came from.

Check again. You may have an extra space at the end. Otherwise, you just have to wait until they open and they will sort it out for you pretty quickly.
