    no market data from CQG

    I have recently opened an account with ninjatrader brokage, the connection I am using is
    ninjatrader continuum.

    I could login with no problem, and opening the chart. however, the chart is not moving, showing no new data, and the log shows the error:
    CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: F.US.NQ.Z15 could not be resolved.

    I am not sure what could be wrong, please help.

        urgent help needed!

        This problem appears again. I have a strategy running with NQ 12-15, it worked fine before the order. Whenever an order is made, the data stops incoming, no bid/ask data flashing on the control panel, and the chart stops updating.

        I have noticed that the order was made against "ENQ 12-15", could it be a problem?

        Instrument='ENQ 12-15' Account='xxxxxxxxxxxx' Avg price=xxxx Quantity=2 Market position=Short Operation=Update Currency=UsDollar

          Hello,
          We have received reports where orders go to the ENG instead of the NQ when there is an ENQ instrument in the master instrument list.
          Please go to Tools> Instrument Manager.
          In the instrument manager search for the ENQ.
          Select the ENQ and press Delete.
          Then press OK to save changes to the instrument list.

          Please let us know if your orders submit correctly to the NQ after following these steps.
