Rithmic not showing up as connection option

Hi Ninjatrader,

I am trying to connect Rithmic as a datafeed but don't see it as an option in the "connection options" scroll down bar.

Please see attached screenshot to see what I mean.

Any idea why this is happening?

Yeah, they'll need to re-generate a key for you.

Please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your license key. You will find the key in NinjaTrader's Help > License Key menu.

Hi Sledge. Who will need to regenerate key for me? Ninjatrader or Rithmic? Also, what "key" are you referring to exactly? Thanks!
