Instrument Merge Policy forgotten

If I set the Merge policy for a specific instrument, I am finding that this setting is not getting saved.
I goto Instrument Manager and a specific instrument e.g. 6A 12-15.
I change the merge policy from Do Not Merge to Merge non-back adjusted.
If I now reload my data on the chart then it works....great.
If however I go back into the Instrument settings again, I find the merge policy is back to Do Not Merge.
If instead of going back to the instrument settings, I just reload the data a 2nd time, then the chart is repopulated as if the setting is again Do Not Merge.
If I do not do this but close NT and reopen, then the charts are repopulated based on the setting Do Not Merge as well and I have to go back through the instruments I want merged and change the settings and reload the data for each one.
Does this happen at your end? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150916.txt'.
