    Error on reloding data

    I needed to reinstall Windows and also NT7. I copied all data I had into the new NT archive. But now I have a message I never had before.
    Any idea how to fix that.
    Data provider are Kinetick.

    Thank you for your post,

    Does this error only occur when attempting to download data via the Historical Data Manager? If not, can you please let me know the Instrument and the method used to generate the error?

    To test, please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications: Disconnect and go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    You will need to close and restart NinjaTrader for the settings to take effect.

    Let me know the results you see with these steps.

      I deleted CL 8-15, 9-15 and 10-15 TICK DATA.
      Did make the reset.
      Restarted NT.
      Opened a new chart; 1000 tick, CL 10-15, 60 days to load

      and I got this.

        I tried it with the Historical Data Manager and it is the same.

        edit: I could download the CL 10-15 tick data with the Historical Data Manager but not the other instruments.

          Hello michi08,

          Thanks for testing that,

          This error would be related to loading the older futures contracts; because there hasn't been a tick update on the expired contracts in at least approximately 24-hours or more, this causes the error you're seeing.

          For example, when attempting to load a stock or future that does not have weekend trading activity on a Sunday, you would see the same error.
