Hello,

first I want to mention - again - that NinjaTrader is a great software and you guys from NinjaTrader Support are great. I couldnt´do with any other software I used the last years what I did with NinjaTrader.

But I have a question to the forum (after over 1000 posts, LOL). When there is a reply to a question or I do a question in an existing thread and someone (means a person who know nothing maybe, like me) is doing a reply can I expect a qualitative reply from NT-support after this? Are the questions and answers supervised? Or is the question maybe not evident anymore when there was ANY reply?

Thanks for writing in.

All incoming messages are reviewed, even after another member has replied.
A support representative typically will verify if another users reply is correct, however this may not always be the case. If you do not see a support representative respond back and want our verification, you may request it in the post and we will see the message and respond.
