FXCM Live PnL not showing

We have discussed this before and I now close and reopen the program before the London Open everyday.

However, unlike with my Ninja Futures account, the FXCM PnL hardly ever shows in my DOM or Chart Trader module and usually requires multiple program restarts - or Disconnect / Connect - to show correctly in the Accounts tab of the Control Center.... but it does show under Account Performance (when I generate a Summary etc) !

Pain in the butt, really... any fix for this yet, please (preferably one that does not involve resetting the db) ?

Hello jtrade,

The account balance in the Control Center-->Accounts-tab will update once you submit an order to your live account. You could submit a buy limit order below the market so it will not fill. Check if your balance updates and subsequently cancel the buy limit order before it fills.

'Morning, Jason - I'd already Disconnected and Reconnected to FXCM Live, so it was showing, but it does seem like a strange thing to have to do to update the system !
