Latest updates

Just had a general question about new releases. Do you recommend to always be at the latest version, even if the release notes don't apply to anything that is relevant to my installation?

I have had no issue since the Rithmic switchover with race condition from ZenFire (which applied to me after the fact).

I'm on 7.x.29 on live, I'll probably wait a few another week or 2 and make sure no complaints are seen.
