Problem connecting CQG through AMP

I have just setup a trial with CQG through AMP but can't connect (it works on another PC so clearly the problem is local/with the NT installation itself).
Please can you help

Hi Christopher,

No I didn't receive any message.

I use my login/password provided by CQG through AMP on NinjaTrader (x86 & x64) but nothing happens. These settings work on another PC.
I also try the external data feed connection and it works.
