Issue with Loading Forex Volume and Tick charts

Hi,

I have a live futures account with Continuum. I also opened a SIM Forex account with Ninjatrader brokerage. There is some issue with loading volume and tick forex charts. It is extremely slow. Sometimes, it takes almost 5 minutes to load one chart. I have never that issue with my Continuum futures account. Is there something wrong with FXCM feed? I don't have issue with loading forex time charts, only with tick and volume chart.
I am wondering if anyone else has the same issue as well.

Any suggestion how to fix this or is the issue from Ninjatrader's end?

Thank you for contacting us.

Is the FXCM connection set to use FXCM or NinjaTrader historical data servers? NinjaTrader data servers are typically much faster in loading data as compared to FXCM servers.

To check this setting:

• Open the Account Connections menu (Tools > Account Connections) then select your FXCM connection and click the Change button.
• In the Connection Wizard window which appears, click Next.
• If the FXCM servers are currently selected in this page select the 'Use NinjaTrader Servers' option.
• After making this change please click Next twice, then click Finish.
• Click Close to Exit the Account Connections menu.
• Finally, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to FXCM and reload data.
