Troble Creating New Chart

I have a connection to IB. When I try to create a new Ninja chart (for ES 12/15) there is an error notice which states "Error on loading chart data for 'ES 09-15 Globex': Historical Market Data Service error message: No market data permissions for GLOBEX FUT". What's causing the problem and how can i fix it?

Are you able to open a chart for the ES 09-15?
Are you able to access the ES 09-15 in Traders Workstation? How about the ES 12-15?

Hi Brandon. Thank you. I am now able to get live futures market data from IB. I am also able to create a Ninja chart of the ES (Emini SP). However, I can't get the chart to display live data -- only historical.

Do you get real time data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
Do you get real time data within Traders Workstation? (ensure it is not delayed data)
Do you get an error within the Log tab of the Control Center?
