Hello,

With a Lifetime License, can I trade stocks? I only see mention of futures and FX.

If I can enter stock trades using the NinjaTrader platform, what is the cost per trade?

Thank you for your post.

At this time NinjaTrader Brokerage supports futures and forex trading only however it would be possible to trade equities while connected to an Interactive Brokers, MB Trading or TD Ameritrade account.

There would be no cost beyond the license key purchase on the NinjaTrader side of things when trading through Interactive Brokers, MB Trading or TD Ameritrade.

I hope that this helps to clear things up however if other questions come to mind please let me know.

I'm asking this question for my parents, who are considering getting a lifetime license. A couple more question before they can decide.

If I understand correctly, you are saying that after purchasing a lifetime license, they would not need to pay for a data feed from either TD Ameritrade, Interactive Brokers, etc.? Is that right?

And also, they would be able to then use Chart Trader to enter trades?

There would not be a NinjaTrader related cost for access to the data which is provided with an account through any of these brokerages. With that said, the brokerages themselves may have some charge for data access. I would recommend that you reach out to Interactive Brokers, MB Trading or TD Ameritrade for more information on this aspect of setting up an account.

Yes, that would be possible. Access to Chart Trader is included with all Single and Multi-Broker license keys which NinjaTrader offers.

Hello,

There would be no per trade fee paid to NinjaTrader. Unfortunately, I do not have any resources which spell out the round trip cost per trade which would be paid to the brokerages themselves however. This is a question which would need to be addressed by the broker.
