Session Template

I need help configuring a custom session template. Basically, I am trying to adjust the Daily chart to display the same OHLC candles as the online CME chart for the emini s&p.

Also, I have a custom session template setup right now that starts Sunday 6pm til Monday 5:15 Eastern Time. And so on throughout the week. Does this make sense?

I want to use indicators and make sure they're giving consistent outputs based on the daily data.

Daily bars use a session which is set at the server. If you apply your custom template to a 1440 minute chart (a 24 hour bar created using intraday data) do you see the results which you are looking for?

Yeah it shows the way I want it to now. Thank you. So for weekly bars I would have to do the same thing, 10080m?

Yes, your understanding is correct - for a weekly bar using intraday data a 10080 minute bar could be used.

It doesn't seem to work for the weekly. It won't load more than 24hr/bar.

This might relate to the hours of the Session Template which was applied. As I understand it, that template would break on each day, correct? If a new template was created which spanned from Sunday-Friday would data then display as you expect?
