Charts TIMES & Pre market Charts still NOT realTIME

My NT 6 Charts are still on 1744 pm EASTERN its now 08.36 am next day /today

Esignal data feed OK (real time )

I been into chart
to properties
Session Begins 07.00 Ends 19.00

WHY are Charts not showing me pre market

( my Ablesys platform is correct with same feed )

Hello John,

NinjaTrader uses your PC clock to display the times on your chart.

Once you set the session begin and end times, please right click in the chart and select Templates-->Save As Default to save your settings.

Please right click in the chart and select Format Data Series and check if the current date is entered next to "Last date".

Try opening a new chart and check if all requested data is displayed in the chart.

To double check, was the last date NOT today and you had to change it?
