Continuum Data not loading correctly on Demo Account.

Good Evening,

I have set up a new continuum demo account and all appeared to go well.

I have live data on the M6E, M6A, M6B but get 1 or 2 bars on other mini currency futures.

The only suggestion I have seen is to restart the instruments which i have done multiple times (followed by restarting ninjatrader).

When i do this my defaults on instrument manager do not change. Is this normal after a restart?

I have inserted a screen shot of the faulty M6J along with the data settings. I have tried various setting including minute bars but these are the setting that are working for the m6E and others.

Sorry, this does seem like a common problem but could not find any other solutions except for the reset instruments

Hi zacgawn,

What you are seeing is a result of exceptionally low volume on these instruments. Take for example M6J, which has had no ticks at all today:

E Micro Japanese Yen - CMEGroup

If you set your charts for these instruments to a greater number of days to load, you'll see more data, but there still isn't much. These are just uncommonly traded, so what you are seeing is expected.
