Some issues with installation and login

Hi

I tryed to install the latest version but it just stops after dowloading the Ninjatrader file, iget the window(attached image) and then nothing more happens.. So installed the previous version.
Im not sure if this then causes the login problem, the program says Invalid user or password.
I have type exactly what i got in the mail so what can be wrong?

Im on Windows 7.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150901.txt'.
