Trouble getting chart

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I am having issues getting my charts up.

I had turned of NT and shutdown about 2hrs ago, then started NT back up and get this error.

note before I turned it off, charts were fine, but I did adjust afew things on that indicator, I may have accidently done something.
Any advice or what to do?

Every chart is blanked out with -0.25 on the side

opening a new chart does not resolve this.


Can you explain further on what to do or inspect or change?

So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.29)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• What instrument(s) have you selected? If a futures instrument, what expiry is selected? (Example: ES 06-13)
• What interval is selected for your chart(s)? (Example: Tick, Minute, Day, etc.)
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
