Chart Problem

My Chart shows date 8/16 & next date 9/1. Missing 8/17-8/31.

I use Kinetick (Free EOD )& IB.

I tried repair data, reset data, reload historical. Nothing Works.

Also noticed "Reload Historical Data" is Greyed Out. Can't Click on it.

Thank you for your post,

Because the "Reload All Historical Data" option is grayed out -- this indicates you're not currently connected to our historical data servers, to amend this, please close and restart NinjaTrader.

If you're still unable to reload the data, restart your modem, PC and router.

Also please add NinjaTrader to an exception to any firewall or virus protection software on your PC.
