    No data

    On a new NT installation with a new Windows 7 installation, no data is supplied from CQG, although the data connection seems to be fine. Database and instruments have been reset. On my second machine, CQG works just fine with NT. I tried to re-install the NT platform, but that didn't change anything. Please help.

    Thanks for the post.

    As a test, please reset your instruments. To reset your instruments please follow the steps below:
    • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

      I mentioned in my OP that I did reset instruments and database.

        I found the problem: The new Windows installation set the date one month into the future.
