Ninja Trader & FXCM Commission Rates

I'm trying to setup commission rates for FXCM-Forex in NT and am having a bit of trouble with it. It's 0.04 for 1,000 but when I enter that I get an astronomical commission fee.

FXCM points me to their online forum and didn't see much there.

Anyone been down this road that can help?

Can you provide me with an image of your current commission settings and tell me what order size was used with your test order?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
