Why no live MHI date？

Hi，I want to trade MHI future，but I cant see live MHI chart，why？thanks！

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen when attempting to load a MHI 09-15 chart? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

my version is 7-0-1000-29， connected to CQG，When I connected to CQG，the MHI chart apear correct，but k line dont move，i need press shift+ctrl+r. thanks.

Are you connected to a demo or a live account?

If MHI 09-15 is selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown here instead?

Based on the information which we have reviewed I would recommend that you contact your broker to confirm that the account is authoirzed for real-time MHI data.
