someone else using my account!!!!!!??????

Hello,
Serious problem here. Tried to connect my Ninjatrader to Opentick this morning and I saw the error message in the attached PNG file. Seems like someone else is using my account! This is obviously very serious. What the heck do I do---is this a Ninja glitch or an Opentick glitch, or is it not a glitch at all but rather someone has stolen my account information????? Please somebody tell me what to do.
