opentick Logon Failed?

opentick Logon Failed?

I am unable to connect to opentick this morning. I receive the following error message:

Logon failed - You have an active connection at another server.

I used the simulated datafeed yesterday evening for the first time, and am now unable to connect to opentick. I did disconnect from the simulated feed before trying to connect to opentick. I have shut down NT and rebooted, all to no avail. Any ideas?

Try restarting your PC, if this does not solve it, contact OT support.

I already have a trouble ticket w OT about this

seems to be an OpenTick issue this morning.

Thanks Ray. I have rebooted and already contacted opentick support - no response from them so far ...
