Unable to connect to NT data server(Rithmic)

I'm using Rithmic, and for some reason, I keep getting the following message when
I try to download today's data:

Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (HDS3.NinjaTrader.com/31654): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 199.30.197.85:31654

I was able to download data earlier in the morning today.

Do you see this on your end as well?

Thank you for alerting us to this error. We have switched over to another Historical Data Server. A quick restart of NinjaTrader should resolve this on your end.
