No Historical Data with FXCM

I get the following message if I try to load any forex chart using Ninja Trader FXCM connection:
Error on loading chart data for $AUDUSD Default: Downloading historical data for $AUDUSD failed: Quotes Loader doesn't reply any more than 300000 msec. Cancel request by timeout.
Any ideas what's going on? I've tried restarting NT and also creating a new workspace and new chart but no luck

Can you please send me your log and trace files for today, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20150825 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20150825 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
