Can't load default es 09-15. Other symbols load from CQG

In NT7 I CAN load any other CQG symbol BUT not ES 09-15, my default symbol. (Unlike those who have no CQG data at all). I'm totally stumped. I've repaired my Database then reset my database. I haven't reset instruments because I assume I'd have to reset commissions and hope I don't have to do that. New and old charts, irrespective of timeframe, freezes on Loading data...
Where do I begin? Here's the stumper. If I use TopStepTrader (grandfathered Rithmic) data I still can't load charts with es 09-15 but I can get es 09-15 in a DOM, which can't be done with CQG data. I'm in the middle of a TopStepTrader 10 day Combine so hope to be up and running tomorrow morning. As a NT8 beta tester I CAN get ES 09-15 charts and DOM in NT8.

The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the 'trace.20150824.txt' file.
