Thanks for your post.

There is no correct session to use. You can see the sessions names to get a better idea of what they are intended for.

You can see what session template is default for an instrument by going to Tools> Instrument Manager
Under Available Master instruments, select the instrument and press Edit
Check the Session Template

To see what each session template is you can go to Tools> Session Manager
You can also create custom templates here

If you want to see what ETH and RTH hours an instrument traders you can check the exchanges website
