FXCM Forex Screen

At the bottom of the NinjaTrader forex page http://ninjatrader.com/Forex#!Forex_Commissions

There's a picture of a computer with NinjaTrader on it. Its black and has the FXCM dealing rates, spreads and pip costs like you get in FXCM Tradingstation.

How do I get this screen up? Most importantly where can I see the spreads and pip costs?
And how can I make the environment dark coloured like that?

Unfortunately this window is only available in NinjaTrader 8. The dark skin color is only supported in NinjaTrader 8 as well.
