When I'm running Ninja Trader w/ Tradestation

I currently do the tradestation with ninja trader to IB. Everything works great except for I can't trade some random stocks. I'll get an error saying something like "Order not placed Account is not enabled for this security"

- one of the securities is ACI. I'm not sure why I can't trade this.

I went to the Instrument Manager, and I noticed that the stocks I can't trade are the ones that are missing data. For example, the instrument manager has the following headings
Name
Type
Description
Tick Size
Point Val.

ACI is one of those I can't trade. It is missing "Description"
WGO is another. It is missing "Description" too.

If I fill in Description do you think it'll work?

Please double check in the Instrument Manager that this instrument, ACI, has an exchange in addition ot the Default exchange associated to it.

No, it just has default. I added NYSE.

Are you able to get data for the instrument and just not place trades?
