Disconnect enforced by 2nd

Over several weekends I had similar issues with the error message "Disconnect Enforced: by second log in to the same account".

I have different accounts (with CQG and Continuum) and all of them have the same issue.

This situation is very critical because I have swing strategies that must be connected during the weekend so they have open positions.

Why does it occurs?

Hello soyjesus,

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Disconnect enforced by 2nd' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Unfortunately I have not received the email so far. Can you please send me the log and trace files via your regular email. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20150730 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20150730 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
