    error when trying to use back up

    Hello,
    Received this error when attempting to back up NT today. Any ideas?

    Note: I just installed a windows 7 update before trying the back up.
    After install of this up date I lost my continuum connection and had to and Continuum
    back to the list of data feeds.

    Can you send us your Log and Trace files?

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
