problems with new instruments

I am trying to insert tonew instruments.
GLD (s&p fund for gold) and EWZ (Brazilian ishares). But I am having problems.
I was informed that the codefor EZW is EZQ.XO, but it is not working.
For GLD (ARCA) I am using GLD.XO but it is not working also.

This is found in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center and is typically highlighted in green.

I am using Kinetick.. and Interactive Brokers sometimes.

Thank you for clarifying.
Please ensure you are conenected to Kinetick first. For the Gold on ARCA load the Symbol GLD. For the Brazillian iShares you will use the simple EZW. These will be viewed as stocks with Kinetick so you can simply enter in GLD or EZW. The data should appear as long as you have an NYSE subscription with Kinetick.

It has worked for EWZ, but not for GLD... I ve used GLD.XO and marked ARCA and NYSE.

If you are using Kinetick you will simply use GLD not GLD.XO.
Do you receive any error messages when using GLD for the symbol mapping?
