Alternative backup method ?

Hi,
Upon trying to start NT I am getting the message ¨Ninjatrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down ´.
I`ve tried to use the repair feature in add remove programs but it will not work.
I've tried to reinstall over my existing Ninjatrader but I get a setup error message and a request to download the setup files once again which I have done.
I think that my only option is to uninstall NT and reinstall it, however I would like to back up some of my original NT charts and data as possible (excluding Replay files).
As I cannot open NT to use the internal backup feature is there an alternative method to backup the files.

Hello Phil,

You can back up your files manually by copying the following files to a temporary folder:

Configuration file:
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5

Database (historical trade data, saved chart data and ATM templates):
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->db-->NinjaTrader.mdb

Market Replay Data:
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->db-->data

Workspaces:
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->workspaces

Chart and Market Analyzer Templates:
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->templates
