YM pending order stuck at 0

I just installed NT 6.5 and was playing with YM futures on a simulated feed. I placed a simple one target, one stop bracket order. The simulated feed was at approximately 10,000 level on the YM. NT somehow placed a pending market order at 0 level at YM. At the same time NT complained it had a problem and needs to restart. I restarted and later reinstalled NT but the pending order is listed on my Orders and I cannot get rid of it. I tried to close the order but cannot do it. I attach an .txt file of the order tab. Sorry, I did not know how to attach .xls file. Does anyone have an idea what is happening and how to fix it?

Not sure what happened but to fix it just go to Tools > Options > Simulator and reset the Sim101 account.
