Download Historical Data

Hello,
My data feed supplier is the Ninjatrader Continuum connection available from my Ninjatrader account.
Now, I tried to download some historical data (tick data, last, ask and bid) for a given instrument but I see that nothing is recorded in my PC.
Does Continuum provide historical data for downloading?

NinjaTrader Continuum would provide historical data, provided the instrument requested is supported. What instrument (and expiry) have you selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for your fast reply.
I've re-read my previous post and I must say I'm sorry but it doesn't describe my problem in the right way.
I mean, there is no error message and at the end I found the downloaded data.
But, the problem I see is that I can't replay the downloaded data in a graph.
Although, I connect to the Replay Connection and see the cursor moves in the replay little window, the effect is not reflected in the open chart. The chart remains static.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150807.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150807.txt"
