Problems with license

Hi, I have this error:

NT is having problems connecting to its' license servers. Possible problems are: a) Your firewall software is enabled and you have not authorized NT to access the internet; b) Your ISP is having service problems or both license servers are down. Please ensure that your firewall software is not blocking NT and try again in a few minutes

I have windows 10 and I tested with the firewall off and confirmed my internet connection is working fine

Thank you for your post.

As the licensing servers are functioning normally and because I have not seen other reports of connectivity issues I would like you to restart your PC, modem and router. After rebooting these components please restart NinjaTrader and tell me if you run in to the same licensing issue.
