Google feed data

Hi guys, i'm dealing with a problem trying to add the Global Dow index as an instrument. I also had the same problem with others indices (merval argentina (BCBA:IAR)). I was able to create the new index but, when i open the chart the prices shown there are complete different. I attached the image in the thread, hope you can figure out what is what i'm doing wrong.

This is the data available through the Google connection.

The data does not go past January 2014.

Ohh, thanks i didn't realize that. So, this is something that happens with every index in the google's data feed? How can i get the right data?

I have not tested other indexes from Google.

You can try another data provider.*

Kinetick supports this index and has current data available.

The Kinetick symbol mapping for this index is*GDOW.X

Sorry, i could not answer you yesterday. Should i send you all the files in the trace and log folders or only one in particular? Thanks for your help.

Hello,

The Help > Mail to Support menu will allow you to send all files automatically. If you'd prefer to manually attach the files the 8/6/2015 files alone should suffice.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. We would need a copy of the 'trace.20150806.txt' file.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder. We would need a copy of the 'log.20150806.txt' file.
