Live Kinetick Freeze

I connect to LIVE Kinetick ,then IB. Symbol CL (Crude).

Kinetick has tendency to freeze. I also notice Every Wednesday 9:30am Central Time, as soon as CRUDE NEWS IS RELEASED , PRICES move very quickly & NT7 FREEZES. (Not Responding to Chart Trader). My IB Platform Moves prices quickly, but NT is stuck.

This is a problem to scalpers.
I never had problems before Kinetick LIVE. (only 1 Workspace open with 7 charts.)

The file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150805.txt'.
