    New Password for NT Continuum Connection

    Hi

    I installed NT 7.0.1000.29 (Direct Live) on a new laptop and need to setup the CQG NT Continuum connection but only know the user name and need a new password I guess. I'm wondering how I can get one today. Thanks.

    BTW when I click on the link in the original email to get the password it says it expired which I guess it does after 24 hrs.

        I just had a user ID and password pop up in NT but it was for remote access. I had inadvertently clicked on that before. Was that unrelated? You'll email me the other info? Thanks.

          Yes, that is unrelated. The username and password for your account will be sent to you by email.

              I'm sure you guys are busy. But I still haven't received my login info. I just want to make sure I get it today hopefully before you leave so I'm setup for tomorrow morning as it's really early here when I get up. Thanks very much.

                  You guys never did respond to my posts yesterday and follow through on this. You said if I emailed brokerage support "we will email those settings to you right away". But I emailed them twice and the only response I received were some automatically generated emails. I need the login info so I can trade. Thanks.

                      They sent it now but I was hoping to get it earlier. It wasn't a matter of locating it. It wasn't there. Oh, well.
