Price Bars Disappear…

Hello,
in ninja trader, it seems when the price of the instrument whether be a Forex, stocks etc. It can go real high and kind of disappear on both the top and bottom of the screen. The bottom tends to go down with the price so it can be seen alright. However, the price when going up tends to disappear. I can drag it down, but then the bars get smaller. You'll notice looking at my screenshot that there is a lot of white area. Any feedback would be great!

Hello Brian,

Can you please click the letter 'F' in the upper right corner. Subsequently the chart will use automatic scaling again. The 'F' stands for fixed scaling.

Hello,
thanks, that fixed the one issue. I have one other question, when there is a large spike. Like there was in oil yesterday. The chart gets cut off and not much detail can be shown. Is it possible to shorten the spike? Such as cutting it off as shown in the highlighted part of my attached image..

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. If the large spike persists, unfortunately it is loaded this way from the connected data feed. You can manually correct it in the Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. Please see the link below for information and instructions.
