Displaying and loading Events such as Earnings and Dividends

I have noted how you can manually load Dividends and Splits for a security into NinjaTrader. Am I correct in understanding that this is a manual process for 1 security. It cannot be done for all securities? There was a question and answer in the forum on this topic but it was over 5 years ago.
Secondly, I cannot see anywhere in your Help or the forum, describing how I can display/highlight a Dividend / Earnings events on a chart. Is there an indicator or other view that shows on a chart when dividends happened for a security?
Thirdly, there is the capability under Tools>Options to Adjust for Dividends. I can understand what Adjust for a Split will do but what does Adjust for Dividends mean? Is the price somehow altered?

Hello GlennL,

Correct, unfortunately you cannot load split and dividend data for multiple instruments simultaneously.

Unfortunately there is no such indicator available by default. You would need to create a custom indicator.

If enabled, it will apply the dividends data you loaded.

In regards to adjusting for dividends, can you explain how and what it adjusts.

It will adjust historical data as per the dividends value that is loaded in NinjaTrader. More shares are distributed, so the value of a single share decreases.
