Is there a way to set more specific session start times?

Currently, in "session manager," you can offset the timezone by hours and/or minutes. However there is no way to offset "seconds,"as you can see in the attached pic. I would love to see this feature implemented in future versions...but in the meantime, is there a way to edit a file directly to be able to do this?

I am guessing that despite the "seconds" not being displayed in this dropdown window, that whichever files are being used behind the scenes actually do specify precise times including seconds, so if I could manually edit those, I should be able to do this.

There is no way to edit the database to include seconds for the Sessions.
