After I have opened a chart, I can then easily see the name in the list of windows but only the charts I have opened have their name/thumbnail showing. Is this normal? How can I see the names of the charts without having to open every one first?

Viewing chart names or thumbnails
When I start NT, it loads and connects to my account. I have 10+ charts in the workspace. On my Windows 8 taskbar is the NT icon and stacked under it are the 10+ charts. Before I select and open a chart however, I cannot see what that chart is. There is no name or image of the chart. I am initially getting a list of 10+ blank thumbnails and it is not until I have opened that thumbnail/chart that I know what it is.

I have discovered a workaround.
If I do not minimised a chart but instead leave it open and then just open the next one over it, then next time I open that workspace, each chart is still non-minimised and the charts are refreshed/active with their name/thumbnails showing.
