order getting hung up

I've been having an issue on both my personal computer and VPS where orders initiated by the atm seem to get stuck and dont come off. I've had to call my broker to close out a live trade recently. As of right now I have a sell limit and a 3 contract buy order stuck and cannot get them off even if I close position, flatten everything, cancel etc. I'm thinking it is the ATM which works fine most of the time, but not sure.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150724.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150724.txt"
