NT cant start

Hello,

after 5 years working with NT there appears now a strange (for me strange) error message when starting. Please see the attached screenshot.

Therefore I thought to download NT again and installing. I select "repair" (the other option is "remove") but then there appear the other error-message I have attached.

I had this error message one time already on July 21th, but that day the installation worked.

What is the reason for this and what do I have to do so that NT works every day without new installation (and not to lose my indicators, templates and workspaces)

Can you please send me your log and trace files for today, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20150724 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20150724 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Please send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, NT cant start' in the subject header.
