NT 32 bit won't start on win 7 64 bit

latest 7.1000.0.29 download.

Log and Trace files are only from when the NT 64 bit ran.


.27 runs on my other win7 64 bit in both 32/64 bit.

I tried playing around in NT Compatibility modes trying XP/SP3, Win7, adding "Administrator rights",

I allow it to make changes to my computer,but nothing happens beyond that.

All MS updates. I uninstalled nortal. Installed security essentials.

I downloaded .28 and same thing.

I changed permissions to full control and same thing. I double click the icon and nothing happens.

The NT application isn't running at all in 32 bit mode at all.

More testing:

NT8 b3 32 bit loads up.
NT8 b3 64 bit loads up.

Running SFC /SCANNOW shows some issues. Other programs in x86 appear to work.

Can you send over your Log and Trace files so we may investigate this matter further?

Did that earlier from within NT7-64bit "Mail to platform support".

It looks like it included my log/trace files from my VISTA laptop export.
